As patients can respond differently to treatment Physiolistic gives no guarantee for aesthetic results nor can it give a guarantee for how long aesthetic results will last.

No refund is available unless in extenuating circumstances. In such circumstances a £30 admin fee will be charged and each session attended will be charged at the non-discounted radiance session rate of £130.

All 8 sessions of the bronze aesthetic package need to be used within 3 months from the date of purchase

All 11 sessions of the silver aesthetic package need to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase

All 17 and 24 sessions of the gold and platinum aesthetic packages respectively need to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase

Packages are non-exchangeable i.e. cannot be used for other services at Physiolistic
